Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting in-depth market research to uncover opportunities, and delivering persuasive presentations to prospective clients. You will also play a key role in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business growth strategies and goals. This is a hybrid role; you’ll work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
Strong Presentation Skills and ability to create compelling Presentations
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in logistics or supply chain sectors is a plus
Excellent negotiation skills.
Creative, energetic, and willing to learn.
Willing to travel
